PHOTO CONSENT guideline

PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMING BY INCORPORATED ASSOCIATION LES PETITS PRINCES

The incorporated association IA29235Les Petits Princes Brisbane is seeking your consent to use your child’s photograph and/or film as part of the daily life of the association and its related promotional activities. Please note, that your child may be identified by first name only in these images. If you consent, the association may use the photographs and images of your child in the following ways:

·     in the Association website and it social media accounts 

·     in promotional material for the Association including in public advertisements

·     in the Association newsletters and other communications to the public

·     in the Association educational related documents 

Privacy Protection

Photographs and videos of a child that may be capable of identifying the person may constitute a collection of ‘personal information’. This means that any images of your child taken by the Association may constitute a collection of your child’s personal information. The association values the privacy of every child and must comply in accordance to the Information privacy Act 2009 Ownership and Reproduction  Copyright in the images will be wholly owned by the Association. This means that these images will be use in the ways described in this form above without notifying, acknowledging or compensating you or your child. 

Your Authority and Consent

When enrolling your child you have the choice to consent or not to photo being taken, we value your opinion and the safety to the children. Please note due to the association being run by volunteers and the time frame of sessions, we only provide a choice for a "yes to consent" or "not to consent" to all the above possibilities of publication. We do not have the ability to manage details choice for the photo publication over various platforms. In this mindset, please pick the answer that allow best your peace of mind. When ticking the box: "Yes, I consent", you agree to consent and to declare that you have read this form and consent to the Association using my child’s photograph and/or film in the ways described in this form from the date of class enrolments.
